Mr. Joe N. Gilmore, age 85 of Chicago, Illinois, transitioned on June 23, 2024. Celebration of Life will be held: Saturday July 13, 2024 at Omega M.B. Church, 4627 South State Street Lying in State - 11:00am -12noon Life Celebration - 12noon - 1:00pm Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Evergreen Park, Illinois. Public Viewing will be Friday, July 12, 2024, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM at The Gathering Worship Center 8020 South Ashland Avenue. Mr. Joe N. Gilmore was born April 20, 1939 in Ozan, Arkansas, to the parents of Mr. Emmitt Gilmore and Ruth Hill. He married the love of his life, Marjorie A. Gilmore on December 30, 1987 . He is survived by his Wife, Marjorie A. Gilmore, Daughter Terri Gilmore, 3 Brothers Eddie (Alice) Gilmore, Napoleon (Lena) Gilmore and Cleo (Pearl) Gilmore.
